The Walgreens Renewal team aimed to improve and reimagine the prescription fulfillment system used by pharmacists and techniciansm — replacing legacy 1980s software. Initially, the plan was to introduce a four-app ecosystem, but user testing revealed major inefficiencies. This insight drove a strategic redesign into a single, integrated platform with a modern, scalable system.

I began as a Visual Designer on the Clinical app and was soon promoted to Lead Designer for the Renewal program, guiding two other designers.
